Panther Residential Management is seeking a Service Technician in Daytona Beach, FL. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, preventative tasks, and apartment turns while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, with strong safety and communication skills. A high school diploma is required; trade-school or maintenance certifications are preferred. You may work on-call and support property operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training, trade school education, or maintenance certifications preferred.
• Previous apartment or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and perform repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting).
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, buildings, and systems.
• Troubleshoot maintenance concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Ensure all work complies with safety policies and codes.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and complete punch-list items.
• Coordinate with vendors for turn/replacement work as needed.
• Maintain appearance of grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities accurately.
• Notify management of supply needs and equipment concerns.
