Job summary

Panther Residential Management is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the community's physical condition, safety, and appearance. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns while delivering excellent customer service to residents and supporting property operations.

You will diagnose issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and general building systems; document work orders; coordinate with vendors; and help ensure safety and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training, trade school, or maintenance certifications preferred.
• Previous apartment/facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification preferred or required based on property needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and perform repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc).
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, buildings, and systems.
• Document completed work orders and maintain inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors for turn and repair activities.
