Job summary

Panther Residential Management is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical condition, safety, and appearance of the community. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks, with emphasis on safety and compliance with company policies and codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or maintenance certifications preferred.
• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal Certification preferred or required by property needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns.
• Diagnose issues and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain safety and comply with codes and company policies.
• Assist in groundskeeping and general appearance of the community.
