Job summary

Panther Residential Management is seeking a Service Technician to maintain our community’s buildings, equipment and grounds. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs and apartment turns while delivering excellent resident service and supporting property operations.

You will diagnose issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting, and ensure safety and compliance. This on-site role requires teamwork and reliability in a dynamic residential setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or trade school preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification preferred or required by property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose maintenance issues and perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and painting.
• Complete service requests promptly and safely.
• Prepare and complete apartment turns and make-ready inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and repair of common areas and grounds.
• Document work orders and manage inventory.
• Follow OSHA safety policies and participate in safety trainings.
