Vivmark Residential is seeking a maintenance technician in Denver to promptly address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work. You will prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds, while conducting regular inspections to identify repairs or replacements.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, EPA 608 certification, and prior property maintenance experience.
