Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in Wisconsin seeks a Maintenance Technician for Elementary School Apartments, Indianhead Cottages. You will perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and conduct preventive maintenance across appliances, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, with a focus on keeping properties safe and well-maintained.

Two years of maintenance experience required; HVAC and EPA certification preferred; experience in multifamily properties is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Responds to emergency maintenance calls on a 24-hour schedule as needed.
• Inspects and maintains property systems and common areas.
• Maintains inventory of parts and records maintenance requests.
