Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality across buildings and common areas.

This role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs, and basic computer skills. A 20% housing discount is available for eligible employees, with weekend availability and on-call duties as part of the schedule.

Formación

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
• Familiar with plumbing, electrical and drywall repairs.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Yardi and HappyCo knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and new move-ins.
• Tracks materials, supplies, and coordinates with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests and inspections.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans and paints as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing parts instead of replacing and using tools correctly.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in routine safety meetings.
