Job summary

AION Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks for residential units and common areas. The role supports safe, efficient property operations by handling service requests and assisting with PM programs.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1–3 years in maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry knowledge, and a valid driver's license. Trade School Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Trade School Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and building systems.
• Assist with unit turns, inspections, and readiness for occupancy.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Document completed work and inspection findings in the maintenance system.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE; ensure life-safety compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance team and property staff; maintain organized tools and areas.
• Support managers and senior technicians as assigned.
