Job summary

AION Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential units, common areas, and building systems. You will respond to service requests, assist with preventative maintenance programs, and help ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. You will work with a team to keep properties well-maintained and residents satisfied.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Trade School Certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential units, common areas, and building systems.
• Respond to service requests and participate in on-call rotations as required.
• Assist with preventative maintenance inspections and tasks.
• Maintain safety and compliance with life-safety standards and company policies.
