Job summary

AION Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks for residential units and building systems. You will respond to service requests, support PM programs, and help ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years in maintenance, and basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A valid driver's license is required; trade school certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform work order repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and building systems.
• Assist with unit turns, including inspections, repairs, and readiness for occupancy.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotations as required.
