Job summary

AION Management LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support residential properties. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks across units and common areas, ensuring safe, efficient operations.

You will respond to service requests, assist with PM programs, and maintain documentation while working closely with the service team and property staff to meet occupancy readiness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with unit turns, inspections, repairs, and readiness for occupancy.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotations as required.
• Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance inspections and services.
• Identify safety concerns and report issues promptly.
• Document completed work and inspection findings in the maintenance system.
• Collaborate with maintenance team and property staff to support operations.
