AION Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks for residential units, common areas, and building systems. This role supports safe, efficient property operations by responding to service requests, assisting with preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with company standards and life-safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and building systems as needed.
• Assist with unit turns, inspections, and occupancy readiness.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotations.
• Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance inspections and services.
• Identify safety concerns and report potential system failures.
• Document completed work and inspection findings in the maintenance system.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE; ensure life-safety compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance team and property staff; keep areas organized.
• Support Service Manager and senior technicians as assigned.
