You will respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule and help keep our community safe, clean, and well-maintained.

The role emphasizes reliability, customer service, and the ability to turn units quickly, with room for growth to higher levels (II, III, IV) as you gain experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of hands-on residential maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Repairs & Maintenance: Perform a wide range of hands-on maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to resolve resident work orders and keep the property in excellent condition.
• Unit Turnover (Make-Ready): Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing all necessary repairs, painting, and fixture installations to ensure a quality move-in experience.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds to identify and address issues proactively.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to residents, communicating professionally and completing service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
