A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required, with on-call rotation and emergency repairs during winter months. Preferred EPA, HVAC and CPO certifications, and prior residential maintenance experience.

• Experience in residential maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address a diverse range of residential service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by performing repairs.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Property Manager.
• Assist in preventative maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
• Provide on-call emergency services in rotation.
