Fiduciary Real Estate Development's Seasons at Elgin Apartments in Elgin, IL 60124 is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to handle residential service requests, prepare vacant units, and coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure market-ready conditions.

You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to on-call emergencies, and participate in snow events during winter. A reliable vehicle, valid license, and EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service to residents, teammates, and vendors.
• Proficiency in multitasking and managing priorities effectively.
• Prior experience in residential maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Preferred EPA, HVAC and CPO certifications.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Utilize troubleshooting skills to address a diverse range of residential service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by executing repairs to return units to market-ready condition.
• Ensure unresolved maintenance issues are communicated to the Property Manager for resolution.
• Assist in completing preventative maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns in equipment and appliances.
• Perform on-call emergency services within a rotation to provide timely repairs for residents.
• Winter months include mandatory hours for snow events.
