Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance or related experience.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Friendly and professional when interacting with residents and coworkers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks outdoors.
• Willing to work weekends, be on-call, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and basic HVAC troubleshooting.
• Complete apartment turns efficiently to a high standard.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and grounds.
• Identify issues early and suggest practical solutions.
• Keep records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow safety policies and building codes.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal tasks.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
