RCAP Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of its community. You will perform general maintenance, custodial tasks, and respond to after-hours emergencies, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements include basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills, and experience in residential settings. On-call duties and independent work are essential to success in this role.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• Prior property maintenance experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance and custodial duties at assigned site.
• Respond to service requests and follow established procedures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues.
• Handle snow removal and grounds upkeep as needed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and document work orders.
