The Vue Lexington in Lexington, KY is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and support the appearance and functionality of the property to keep residents safe, comfortable, and connected.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, diagnosing and repairing building systems, preparing vacant units, and assisting with on-call maintenance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus.
• Experience in apartment/facilities maintenance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment, buildings, and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-ready and turn processes).
• Assist with inventory management and maintain maintenance supplies and equipment.
