• Hands‑on repair across drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Complete move-in, move-out, and make-ready maintenance for residential units.
• Perform general repairs and renovations across drywall, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Repair or replace HVAC, A/C components, lighting, washers, dryers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Support retrofit and capital improvement projects within approved budgets and standards.
• Participate in monthly OSHA safety meetings and use safety equipment properly.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional, resident-focused manner.
