Timberland Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Bowie in Springdale, AR. Join a 234-unit community to perform general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance, delivering high-quality results and safety-conscious service for residents.

Typical duties include on-call emergency support, curb appeal, and seamless make-readies, with a focus on protecting residents and the property. A 2+ year maintenance background and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA universal license for HVAC preferred.
• CPO license preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
• Take pride in curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas above quality standards, ensuring a welcoming environment residents are proud to call home.
• Identify and resolve potential safety or upkeep issues, serving as a trusted set of eyes and ears to protect the property and its residents.
• Execute seamless make-readies, repairs, and final checks so new residents walk into a flawless home on day one.
• Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring peace of mind for residents when urgent issues arise.
• Champion a culture of safety by following all industry procedures, protecting yourself, your teammates, and the community.
