Job summary

Vesta Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support Timbercroft Apartments in Owings Mills, MD. You will perform maintenance tasks to ensure safety and appearance while quickly responding to service requests and completing make-readies for move-in readiness.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, with HVAC, plumbing and electrical skills. The role includes on-call shifts, possible driving, and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Apt. community experience required.
• Knowledge of drywall, locks, electrical, carpentry and plumbing.
• HVAC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to meet safety, appearance and operational standards.
• Respond to resident service requests quickly and resolve work orders.
• Complete make-readies and ensure vacant units are move-in ready.
• Assist in on-call emergency maintenance rotations.
• Maintain the property’s appearance and curb appeal.
