Timberland Partners Inc in Springdale, AR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance for a 234-unit property. You will handle resident work requests, maintain curb appeal, and ensure safety across the property.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience with HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and a valid EPA HVAC license or CPO license preferred. On-call rotation offers additional compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance experience preferred
• EPA universal license for HVAC preferred
• CPO license preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
• Take pride in curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas above quality standards, ensuring a welcoming environment residents are proud to call home.
• Identify and resolve potential safety or upkeep issues, serving as a trusted set of eyes and ears to protect the property and its residents.
• Execute seamless make-readies, repairs, and final checks so new residents walk into a flawless home on day one.
• Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring peace of mind for residents when urgent issues arise.
• Champion a culture of safety by following all industry procedures, protecting yourself, your teammates, and the community.
