Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience covering HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-call rotated shifts.
• Ability to read policies and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and related systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and keep units rent-ready.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist in painting tasks.
• Maintain safety culture and follow Vivmark safety policies.
• Handle on-call maintenance tasks and respond to emergencies.
