Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Aurora, CO. This full-time role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance tasks to keep the community in top condition. You will ensure apartments are rent-ready, perform preventative maintenance, assist with painting, and uphold our safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• On-call rotation availability.
• Strong customer service communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow policies and SDS/PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and other systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs promptly.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks.
• Assist in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
