Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Service Technician I to uphold cleanliness and aesthetic standards at Harborview in San Diego. You will help maintain common areas, perform basic resident service tasks, and support make-ready processes for vacant units.

The role requires independent work and teamwork, with emphasis on safety, quality, and resident satisfaction. Onsite schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, with an onsite bonus program eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in residential property maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate community vehicles.
• Multi-Family housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the property to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Perform detail cleaning and power washing as needed; maintain curb appeal.
• Check and replace exterior lighting; assist in make-ready of vacants.
