Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician I for an on-site role at Ridgewood Preserve. You will troubleshoot, perform repairs, and deliver excellent customer service to residents while helping manage costs and safety.

You must have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of general service experience. Bring basic tools and be available for on-call, weekends and evenings; strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid Driver’s License in the working state.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in general service or related responsibilities.
• Must have own basic tools for ongoing residential service work.
• Available for on-call service work and to cover weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assess situations quickly and determine necessary repair steps.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, appliances and related systems.
• Maintain fleet vehicle and inventory in accordance with company guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Progress Residential standards.
• Follow safety policies and comply with EPA/OSHA regulations.
