Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties in top condition. You will perform daily repairs, prep vacant units, and keep tools and supplies organized while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance/handyman.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and follow written/oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and ensure tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding property or residents.
