Job summary

Maymont Homes is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for our Cumming, GA portfolio. The role focuses on repairs, renovations, and ongoing upkeep across single-family rental homes to ensure safety, functionality, and resident satisfaction.

You will document work orders on mobile devices and support property readiness during renovations and turns. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in residential maintenance, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with work order systems.

Responsibilities
