Atlantic Residential in Cumming, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our multifamily community. The role requires EPA certifications or willingness to obtain them, and hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance.

You will join a team that supports career growth, offers on-call coverage, and emphasizes safety and resident satisfaction. Physical work includes lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied weather.

Qualifications

• EPA-certified (or motivated to become certified with our support).
• Hands-on experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance.
• Background in multifamily or residential property maintenance preferred.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional image and residents' welfare.
• Report to the supervisor daily and communicate delays with reasons.
• Provide 24-hour emergency service through on-call rotation.
• Inform supervisor of needed parts and supplies.
• Leave notices in residents' apartments explaining work performed.
• Perform make-ready tasks in turnover units.
