Fogelman is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance requests and repairs across residential properties, ensuring high-quality resident service and safety. The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair, along with use of property management software.

On-site position in Cartersville, GA with potential on-call rotation and weekend hours. You will maintain equipment, assist in make-readies, manage supplies, and uphold Fair Housing and safety

Qualifikationen

• Three years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Proficient with computers and online applications.
• Knowledge of property management systems (Yardi, Entrata, HappyCo) preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required.

Aufgaben

• Complete service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Complete make-ready units.
• Care for supplies and equipment inventory.
• Provide personal tools and keep the work area clean.
• Assist in preventive maintenance projects.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Director.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain positive communications with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Adhere to safety policies including Fair Housing.
• Other duties as assigned.
