Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Specialty Maintenance Technician to uphold safe, functional, and well-maintained residential properties. You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building utilities to keep residents comfortable and secure.

The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years hands-on maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Solid working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proficient with a wide range of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and building systems run efficiently.
• Handle carpentry, painting, and masonry work to prepare units and maintain property aesthetics.
• Respond to and complete resident work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and repair fixtures, appliances, locks, and windows.
• Document all work performed and maintain records of scheduled maintenance.
• Assist in renovation projects and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
