Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical at our apartment communities in Texas. You will install appliances and fulfill resident service orders in a timely manner.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be available for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Assist in maintaining exterior curb appeal and property upkeep.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
