Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Arlington, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and prepare market-ready apartments.

You will conduct preventative maintenance, maintain grounds, and respond to emergencies; required include plumbing, electrical, and other trades; shifts Tue-Sat 8am-5pm; valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Computer literacy and effective written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to work weekends and respond to emergencies.
• Willingness to perform hands-on maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance including plumbing and electrical work.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and regular inspections.
• Report concerns to management.
• Work Tuesday-Saturday 8am–5pm or as needed.
