Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s maintenance program and preserve the asset’s value. You will assist in maintaining interior and exterior conditions in a customer-service oriented team environment.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, repairs, and adherence to safety policies, with weekend and after-hours availability for emergencies. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success at Landmark Properties.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Must have excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Understand needs of residents and exceed expectations.
• Develop a sense of community among residents and staff.
• Maintain active communication with residents and parents.
• Encourage participation in events and activities.
• Assist with organizing a successful turn.
• Ensure service requests are completed timely.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergencies.
• Understand and enforce safety, emergency, and fire policies.
