Brookfield Properties in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service a multi-unit residential property. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and general mechanical tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in commercial or multi-unit property, HS diploma/GED, and preferred HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications; valid driver’s license; ability to work weekends; and basic computer/smartphone literacy.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED required; 3-4 years can offset minimum education.
• Preferred HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.
• English communication required; multilingual a plus.
• May require weekend work; computer and smartphone literacy needed.

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, maintenance, and routine servicing.
• Plumbing repairs and installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry tasks: doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
• Painting and drywall/plaster repairs; touch-ups as needed.
• Electrical work and appliance maintenance; wiring, switches, lamps.
