Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required for certified technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and complete work orders per resident requests and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready processes for vacant units and prepare for leasing.
• Manage materials, tools, and inventory; notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document all service requests accurately for tracking and record-keeping.
• Assist in grounds, common areas, and amenities maintenance as needed.
