Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience required.
• Owns personal tools and reliable vehicle.
• HVAC, plumbing and electrical skills preferred.
• Ability to work on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on apartments and common areas.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of property and meet codes.
• Assist in make-readies and timely turnover of units.
• Coordinate with supervisor on major repairs and inventory.
