Job summary

You will respond to service requests, diagnose defects, perform repairs, and manage the make-ready process for vacant homes.

The role involves preventive maintenance, inspecting contractors, managing parts inventory, participating in safety meetings, and delivering courteous resident service.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role for building and common areas in a Greystar community.
• Perform repairs and routine upkeep to meet safety standards.
• Lead make-ready process for vacant homes and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies.
• Provide courteous service to residents and coordinate vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from residents and diagnose defects.
• Complete make-ready tasks and schedule vendors.
• Develop cleanliness standards for grounds and interiors.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and scope.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies to fit budget.
• Conduct monthly preventive maintenance per policy.
• Participate in safety meetings and keep MSDS up to date.
• Respond to resident questions with timely, respectful service.
