Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Matheson Mill by Broadstone in Charlotte, NC. The role covers preventive maintenance, make-ready tasks, and safety compliance to meet property standards.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, coordinating with vendors, tracking inventory, and keeping the property clean and safe. The position requires on-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule plus rotating on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf carts on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant homes and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Access materials from maintenance dept and track inventory.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities as required.
• Support cost-control by using parts when possible.
