Job summary

Greystar in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

You will diagnose defects, complete work orders and make-ready tasks for vacant units, manage materials, document work, and assist with grounds maintenance and painting. The role requires flexibility, weekend work, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• All state/local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs per established policies, safety standards and codes.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, secure materials, and notify leadership for reorders.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Assist in groundskeeping, cleaning, painting, and general property upkeep.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
