Ray Graham Association is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to service 35 CILA homes and related facilities in DuPage County. The role requires independent, multi-trade maintenance skills and a focus on safety, compliance, and reliability.

You will handle preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency responses while coordinating with management and external contractors. A valid IL drivers license and a demonstrated track record in building systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of commercial or residential maintenance experience.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair.
• Valid Illinois drivers license with reliable vehicle for DuPage County travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on 35 CILA homes and related facilities.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry issues.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and coordinate major repairs with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain grounds, perform safety checks, and manage maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor contractor performance.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
