Full Circle Communities seeks a Maintenance Technician II in Chicago, IL to uphold property safety and operations. You will handle service requests, unit turns, and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting while ensuring residents’ comfort and safety.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service; HVAC cert is a plus. Typical schedule is full-time with on-call rotations evenings/weekends.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-time maintenance experience or related field.
• Residential multi-family maintenance knowledge.
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair skills.
• Hand tools and power tools proficiency.
• Understanding of water and gas cutoffs, fixtures, and sewer cleanouts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service requests and repairs timely and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments, including unit turns and make-ready work.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, painting repairs.
• Conduct daily inspections to identify maintenance and safety needs.
• Maintain building interiors, exteriors, common areas, and grounds.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls in on-call rotation.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build resident relationships.
