Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Seven Springs, a 331-unit community in Burlington, MA. You will perform maintenance across rental units, common areas, and grounds, ensuring safety and market readiness.

The position follows a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call every four weeks. Qualifications include 1–3 years of experience, knowledge of basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service and communication

Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant work experience.
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC.
Complete service requests and repairs per company procedures.
Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and market readiness.
Perform preventive maintenance and safety/annual inspections.
Maintain grounds and curb appeal, including snow removal and landscaping.
Be available for on-call emergencies as scheduled.
