Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Seven Springs, a 331-unit mixed-income community located in Burlington, MA. You will perform maintenance across rental units, common areas, office, grounds and parking lots, delivering reliable service to residents.

The pay ranges from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and a rotating on-call every 4 weeks.

Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant work experience.
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer/tablet familiarity.
On-call availability for urgent needs.
Ability to speak and understand basic English.
Ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC.
Complete service requests and repairs per company procedures.
Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and market readiness.
Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
Maintain grounds and curb appeal, including snow removal and landscaping.
Be available for on-call activity on a rotating schedule.
