Job summary

WinnCompanies in Danvers, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our on-site team. You will perform maintenance across rental units, common areas, offices, grounds, and parking lots to keep the community well-maintained.

Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant work experience.
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.
Availability for on-call activity during off hours for urgent needs.
Ability to speak and understand basic English.
Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Complete service requests and ensure vacants are market-ready and prepared for occupancy.
Perform preventive maintenance and building safety/annual unit inspections.
Maintain grounds and curb appeal, including snow removal, landscaping, and trash management.
Be available for on-call activity during off-hours per schedule and need.
