WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Marlo on Mill Pond, a 151-unit luxury community in Portsmouth, NH. You will perform maintenance across rental units, the property’s common areas, office, grounds and parking areas, diagnosing and repairing systems to keep the community appealing and functional.

The role provides a Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• General electrical, plumbing, appliance and HVAC knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing per policy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic familiarity with computers/tablets.
• Willingness to be on-call during evenings/weekends.
• Ability to speak and understand English and work with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Complete service requests and ensure vacant apartments are market-ready according to standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine building inspections.
• Maintain grounds, curb appeal, snow removal, landscaping and trash management.
• Be available for on-call duty as scheduled and during emergencies.
