Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of our community and deliver world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and address service requests in a timely manner.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years maintenance experience, basic troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with electrical, plumbing, or carpentry tasks; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance and keep property orderly, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems.
• Ensure safety and environmental policies are followed.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Work a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 maintenance coverage.
