The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and includes on-call duties as needed. Compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, with shared commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance or construction experience.
• Strong customer service and professional appearance.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Experience with appliance repair and drywall, painting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Resolve issues that may arise in the community of the building and property.
• Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• On-call during certain times of the month.
