You will maintain grounds and curb appeal while delivering professional service to residents and maintaining a polished personal appearance.

The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. The position offers full-time hours with competitive hourly pay and shared commission, plus a benefits package including health and retirement

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance or construction work experience.
• Customer service oriented.
• Maintained personal appearance and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Resolve issues that may arise in the community of the building and property.
• Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• On-call during certain times of the month.
