Article Student Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold safety, appearance, and maintenance standards across our property. The role focuses on grounds and curb appeal, delivering professional service to residents, with a strong emphasis on customer service and professional appearance.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. The pay range is $20-$25 per hour, plus commission, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance or construction work experience.
• Customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Resolve issues that may arise in the community of the building and property.
• Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• On-call during certain times of the month.
